Co-Founder, Tech at SicherHaven Technologies, a cybersecurity-focused platform.
I defined and own the product vision, roadmap, and go-to-market strategy. Early on that meant running customer discovery sessions to validate problem hypotheses, refine user personas, and prioritize features by impact rather than by request volume.
We ship iterative MVP releases with the engineering team, letting user feedback guide each sprint. Alongside the product work I manage stakeholder communications, partner relationships, and strategic planning across the founding team.
